BMA has got the balance right.
Established in 2011, we have made a gym which is a place where you want to be, all of our members see BMA like a second home. Our youngsters are our future and all the elder members are there to help them. We have members training for competitions, self-defence, fitness, and some just because its way more fun than your typical gym.
Whatever the reason, everyone is just as important. We see a clear positive change in all our members, we see confidence grow, we see awareness in the children grown, we see friendship’s being made and our students having each others backs.
